Our family stayed at Seda for 3 nights. The hotel staff were excellent, immediately assisting our daughter when she injured her leg. They even brought her breakfast to the room. The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location right across from Ayala Shopping Mall was perfect for shopping. Check-out time at noon was also convenient.

The hotel is located in a prime spot in the business district close to many restaurants and shopping options. The breakfast and buffet are delicious with well-trained and service-oriented staff. The outdoor pool is a great way to unwind with hospitable pool staff. Housekeeping on the 11th floor is very professional and pays great attention to detail. Staff members are accommodating and friendly, and the hotel is very clean and quiet.

During our recent stay at Seda, the poolside was an very nice experience. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the city heat. The pool area was spacious, great to relax and unwind comfortably. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing dip. our time by the poolside at Seda was nice and added to the enjoyment of our stay. I would highly recommend the hotel for its wonderful poolside experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it was right next to the Ayala mall which has an very nice 35 restaurants and great shopping. The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was efficient and tasty. Plus, the cleanliness of this hotel was excellent!

Great location and secure neighborhood. Very close to a popular shopping mall and easy to find. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff and personnel were helpful and handled any issues promptly. The breakfast selection was good, with a decent variety of options.
Limited vegetarian food choices. Despite numerous suggestions from vegetarian guests, the hotel did not offer a satisfactory range of vegetarian dishes.

We had a smooth check-in process with staff were nice and pro. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, making it easy for shopping and dining. One of the main advantages was the availability of a business lounge, where we had access to breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
We experienced some issues with the room, including a bad odor coming from the carpet and curtains. This could be improved with better room maintenance.
